Improvements
Major improvements
- Connect to existing RDP session on the remote computer
- One-time password support in ISL AlwaysOn
New features
ISL AlwaysOn now has one time password support. If the one time password parameter is set, the password will not be stored to registry.
Users are now able to connect to an existing RDP session on the remote computer. To connect to an existing session users will have to check Select remote session to connect to from settings in ISL AlwaysOn connect program. Once they have checked the parameter and entered the correct access password the users will be able to select the remote session from the list of available sessions.
Defect fixes
Users who had enabled notification of incoming desktop connection received a garbled text when connecting user had a non-ascii characters in the username. Non-Ascii characters are now displayed correctly.
The issue was fixed.
When users were connecting to a single application RDP session, the session did not terminate after disconnect. The ISL AlwaysOn monitor process has also started in that kind of session. ISL AlwaysOn monitor should now exit in case the session is a single application RDP.
The issue was fixed.
Users who opened ISL AlwaysOn session history had experienced a memory leak. The procedure for retrieving history has been modified so there is not more memory leak.
The issue was fixed.
When users were connecting with ISL AlwaysOn using no restart/resume parameter and the remote desktop has changed, ISL Light was stopped by ISL AlwaysOn. Users had to reconnect to the remote computer again. ISL AlwaysOn no longer stops ISL Light session when the desktop changes.
The issue was fixed.
Users were not able to execute ISL AlwaysOn programs on Macintosh operating system (10.8) because the programs were not signed. Users will no longer experience this issue because the programs are now signed.
